Finishing things

I can’t finish anything.

If this sounds like you, you’re home.

You’ve made something great in one sitting — and never touched it again.
One line of feedback has ruined your entire week.
A deadline arrived like it teleported.

Hobbyist or touring, bedroom producer or section player — if your identity is musician and your wiring is ADHD, this is for you.

Why I made this

I’m a musician with ADHD. For years I assumed everyone else got a manual I missed — the one where you finish things, answer the email, and don’t spiral over a lukewarm review.

Turns out the manual exists. It’s just written for a brain that isn’t mine. So I started rebuilding it. Everything here is a system I actually use, translated for how our brains really work. No clinical lectures. No “just use a planner.” Just what’s worked.
