You&#8217;re not going to remember to take care of yourself mid-session, so set it up so the bare minimum happens <em>without<\/em> remembering.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"step\">\n<div class=\"num\">4<\/div>\n<div class=\"body\">\n      <span class=\"tag\">Stop being ambushed<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Plan the recovery, not just the work<\/h3>\n<p>The crash is not a surprise. It comes every time. So budget for it. After a known binge, the next day is a <strong>light day<\/strong> by default \u2014 no demanding sessions, no big commitments, low-stakes admin or rest. You&#8217;re not &#8220;wasting&#8221; the day; you&#8217;re paying a bill you already ran up.
