A Lifetime of Greater Confidence in Just 6 Weeks!

Private Speech Fright coaching

Have an important presentation or other high-stakes speaking event coming up soon? Ask about an intensive front-end option that concentrates more of the coaching and preparation before your presentation or event date.

Speak at your best best when the stakes are high & the pressure’s on

A six-week, one-to-one coaching engagement for executives, managers, consultants, sales professionals, founders, educators, experts, and others whose confidence abandons them when the pressure’s on, despite their knowledge, preparation, and experience.

Together, we’ll identify the specific moments when anxiety undermines your speaking, build a personalized plan around the READ method, and practice applying it to real speaking challenges.

Professional speaking with confidence

Who this is for

Your message matters. Don’t let Speech Fright undermine it.

Private coaching is designed for people who can’t afford to let anxiety keep them from speaking at their best when the stakes are high.

It’s a good fit if you’re preparing for a presentation, pitch, keynote, interview, promotion meeting, board meeting, webinar, media appearance, or another high-stakes conversation, or if the same pattern keeps returning despite thorough preparation.

A practical coaching relationship

This is performance coaching for speakers, not therapy or conventional presentation-skills training.

The goal isn’t zero nerves. It’s a more workable speaking experience, with your attention focused on your audience, your message, and the moment that matters.

The heart of our work

READ for the moments that matter.

READ stands for Remember, Engage, Accept, and Detach. We’ll apply it to situations in which nerves are most likely to pull attention away from your audience and message.

RememberConnect with the core values that give you courage and commitment in the face of anxiety.
EngageSpeak wholeheartedly to your audience instead of getting caught up in your nerves.
AcceptMake room for the thoughts, emotions, and sensations that disturb your concentration instead of playing thought whack-a-mole.
DetachEnjoy the release that comes as the struggle with your nervousness recedes, opening the way to authentic presence and confidence.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about private coaching

How is private coaching different from the Speak with Confidence course?

The course teaches the complete READ method at your own pace. Private coaching applies that method to your specific speaking patterns, upcoming situations, and pressure points. You receive individualized practice, feedback, and support. Lifetime access to the course is included.

What happens during the coaching sessions?

We begin by identifying what happens when pressure rises and where your attention tends to go. Then we apply Remember, Engage, Accept, and Detach to real speaking situations, rehearse those moments, and develop a practice plan you can use between sessions.

Do I need an upcoming presentation or event?

No. Coaching can help with a specific presentation, pitch, interview, keynote, or media appearance. It can also address a recurring pattern that affects meetings, networking, or other situations where eyes are on you.

What if my speaking event is coming up soon?

Tell us the date. If the complete six-week engagement is a good fit but your speaking event is approaching quickly, we can discuss an intensive front-end schedule that concentrates coaching and preparation before the date.

Will coaching make my nervousness disappear?

That isn’t the goal, and we cannot promise that you’ll never feel nervous. The goal is to make anxiety more manageable so you can stay focused on your audience, your message, and the moment that matters.

Is this therapy or conventional presentation-skills training?

No. This is performance coaching for speakers. It doesn’t diagnose or treat a mental-health condition, and it isn’t primarily about polishing slides, gestures, or vocal technique. The focus is learning to work effectively with Speech Fright using the READ method.

What if I’d like extended or ongoing coaching?

Extended coaching is available after your initial engagement. Depending on your goals, we can arrange periodic sessions to deepen your use of READ, prepare for upcoming high-stakes speaking situations, and reinforce what works best for you. Ask us about options and availability.

What does the $2,497 investment include?

The investment covers the complete six-week engagement: an assessment and coaching plan, three private coaching sessions, a pre-presentation session, a personalized READ practice plan, feedback on one recording, SOS Panic Button access, and lifetime access to the Speak with Confidence course.

What happens after I request a consultation?

You’ll answer a few short questions about what you are preparing for and your timing. We’ll reply within one to two business days to arrange a short, no-pressure conversation about whether coaching is the right fit.

Is private coaching the right fit?

A short, no-pressure conversation is the next step. Tell us what you’re preparing for, what happens under pressure, and your approximate timing.
